Every picture has a story... Here are a few

Grafiti on a wall in Melbourne Australia at the one year mark of my journey.  But really could be the theme of life.

This panoramic was taken at sunrise in Uluru Australia.  Light rain was falling and we were about to give up when the sky lit up the fields and the rock in the distant horizon.

The only other time I took an extended holiday was 20 years ago when I finished my masters- a month in Australia.  I returned to Whitehaven Beach, Australia pleased the petrified wood was still on the beach- the sky created the amazing shadows.

The magic hour and only one other person on the empty black sand beaches of Muirwai in Auckland New Zealand.

Imagine a very bumpy road in Bwindi Impenetrable Forrest, Uganda at 4AM.  As we turned a corner, the sun rose through the mist over the  mountain ranges the gorillas wander.  A true Dian Fossey moment.

After that sunrise and a trek through thick jungle, we came upon our gorilla troop in Bwindi Impenetrable Forrest, Uganda.  Simply amazing to spend one glorious hour up close with  them.
